Does Bud Gilbert's representation of Knox County Mayor Mike Ragsdale present a conflict of interest for incoming Law Director Bill Lockett? Lockett and Gilbert are members of the same law firm, Kennerly, Montgomery & Finley. Word on the street is that Lockett may think this is a problem. If Lockett does hold that opinion, I suspect he's right.

He can not be Mayor Of Knoxville. Mike Ragsdale comitted money laundering from 2004 till 2008. Mike Ragsdale is not a DNA match to the Mayor Bill Lake. Mike Ragsdale lied to Attorney Deputy Mike Meyers on the wittness stand, and Mike Ragsdale has purgery charges pending. Mike Ragsdale comunicated a death threat to Mayor Bill Lake according to Blackwater, who are Mayor Bill Lake's protectors.
